Who doesn’t like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups? Who, I ask? Chocolaty, peanut buttery yumminess. What’s not to love? If you like ‘em (and I know you do), then you are definitely going to love this healthier, dairy free smoothie version:
All you need is love… I mean, a good blender and these ingredients:
12 oz. almond milk. (Blue Diamond original flavor… it’s slightly sweetened, but not too sweet. Vanilla is too sweet for this recipe.)
1 heaping TB of peanut butter (Skippy Natural or any other brand of crunchy peanut butter)
1 TB Enjoy Life semi sweet chocolate mini chips (dairy free, gluten free, soy free and nut fee)
1TB AH!laska chocolate syrup (also dairy free, gluten free, nut free and fat free)
3/4 of a banana (Because you have to eat the other 1/4 while you’re blending, duh.) Or you could use a handful of dandy frozen banana slices.
4-5 ice cubes
Now blend baby blend!
Ice cold frosty goodness. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. Oh, this recipe makes enough to share.

We were on a smoothie kick this summer, but just got into a slump. This will be the perfect smoothie to get us back into the swing of it. I think I’ll make it for our after-school snack. Thanks!

I hope your kiddos love it as much as Jackson does.

Elaine, you should make it this weekend! Think of us when you do.
